LNG Import Terminal – Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

At one stage, the largest LNG Import Storage Tank in the world. Associated works included 309MW Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant and a 38km Natural Gas Distribution Line to another Power Generation Plant in Santo Domingo. Compliance with World Bank environmental and financial guidelines was required.

Design and review of the LNG Import Storage and re-gasification systems, terminal wharf structure and unloading facilities, and the LNG distribution pipeline. Commission included acting as the Owner’s representative for Project Management of construction of the plant.
