Management of the installation of a Wet Flue Gas Desulphurisation System to 360MW Oil Fired Power Stations funded by the World Bank. Guidance was given to the contractor to ensure the installation complied with the engineering drawings, along with supervision during commissioning.

Role involved construction management, stakeholder management, acting as client representative, with liaison with World Bank Engineers, and full review of performance trials.
