GDMMoomba to Melbourne Augementation Project – Victoria, Australia
Part of a larger project to safeguard natural gas supply to the Victoria. Project involved construction of three Compressor Stations to maintain adequate pipeline pressure.
Commission included construction management for two compressor stations, that were a fast tracked turnkey project in order to meet the project timeframe and budget. Tasks included; co-ordination of equipment procurement from domestic and international suppliers, stakeholder liaison, implementation of Project Management Office, and operational handover.
