Housing NSW is a provider of social housing to meet the needs of today’s community. Federal government stimulus funding allowed for the roll-out of numerous large scale projects. Scope of services included: management of capital works and maintenance projects across Central Sydney and Inner West Business Divisions, and program management of the Capital Improvement Project for Heritage Properties across the Sydney portfolio.

Other packages of services included the design and implementation of a Building Management System (BMS) for a green star housing development. This project was the first of a kind technical achievement in Australia, where the KNX system was utilised for metering purposes only. The system has been designed to meter hot water, potable and non-potable water, gas and electricity usage in each apartment.
