Client: World Youth Day (Catholic Church)

Large scale accommodation project as part of the World Youth Day event. Housing for 150,000 pilgrims was sourced from over 300 educational and religious institutions. Services included extensive auditing to assess suitability of 300 sites, construction of temporary facilities, in-depth programming, scheduling and logistical planning, cost control, resource and contractor management. Management of sensitive stakeholders was a key component of this project.
