Client: Royal Botanic Gardens Trust
The botanical gardens at Mt Annan are part of the Royal Botanic Gardens. It is the site of plant research and conservation. The organisation was seeking to construct a purpose-built facility to enable this important work to go on. Scope of services included; the development of a functional brief and business case, the aim being to obtain funding for the project which was subsequently secured. Extensive strategic advice and stakeholder consultation was undertaken, along with consultant briefing and cost control. As part of the business case development in-depth financial and economic modeling was carried out to ensure the benefits of the project are understood.
