Project consisted of a $20 million redevelopment and extension of existing shopping centre. Stringent and evolving planning requirements were to be met.  Commission included strategic planning advice, feasibility of various design concepts, tenancy optimisation, construction methodology and staging. Direction was given in relation to programming, cost control and approval authority management.

Additional services included the design and implementation of an energy-saving Building Management System. Energy usage for each sub-tenancy is monitored which assists in more accurate cost allocations.
