Major upgrade and refurbishment works to raise the building from a B-Grade to A-Grade rating. Project included refurbishment of 9 commercial floors, 4 retail tenancies, new HVAC system, chiller replacement, new fire detection system, DDA upgrade, new entrance lobby, and new lift lobbies. Building functionality was maintained throughout the works, with extensive staging and tenant relocation occurring in parallel with main project. Comprehensive co-ordination workshops were undertaken with incoming tenants to achieve a more cost effective result by combing tenant requirements into base building works.
